Our name reflects what we stand for. Saffron is inspired by saffron, one of the most precious spices in Indian cuisine, cherished for its rich aroma and distinctive character. Haveli refers to a traditional Indian family home - a place where hospitality, togetherness and great food are at the heart of every gathering.

Cooking and hospitality have been part of our family for generations. With experience from multiple Indian restaurants and a passion for authentic flavours, Saffron Haveli was born from a love for Indian cuisine and a desire to bring people together through great food.

Our dishes are prepared with traditional spices, authentic recipes and a commitment to quality - from fragrant biryanis and flavourful curries to delicious Indian sweets.

A special moment in our culinary journey took place in 2007, when one of our owners had the honour of providing catering for A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India and internationally respected scientist, during his visit to Amsterdam.
